RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a proactive Brickwork Development and Consultant Coordinator to manage Brickwork's product development and presence on the Salesforce AppExchange NPC (Nonprofit Cloud). This role will enhance the visibility and adoption of Deluxe nonprofit solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, engage in community outreach, and ensure Brickwork is functional in the NPC to meet customer needs and drives revenue growth.

• Platform Evolution and Documentation: Evolve Deluxe nonprofit solutions to include other platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, CiviCRM, and maintain documentation of correspondence with Salesforce representatives.

• Security Review and Remediation: Oversee the security review remediation process for Brickwork, ensuring updates meet Salesforce standards and managing case correspondence with Salesforce support.

• Technical Coordination and Implementation: Facilitate communication between technical teams to implement necessary architectural adjustments and manage the transition from NPSP to NPC in the Salesforce environment.

• Project Management and Integration: Project manage the strategic integration of Brickwork with Deluxe Payment Processing (DPP) and ensure seamless interactions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Engage with key Salesforce stakeholders, consultants, and solution partners to champion Deluxe nonprofit solutions and collaborate with product and support teams to meet customer needs and support revenue growth

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 2 years relevant experience, OR HS/GED and 6 years of relevant experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3 years of product or related experience

• 2 years of experience with Brickwork
