YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Program Manager to join our People team. This role will work closely with HR Business Partners and the People Leadership Team to support the execution and continuous improvement of key programs, initiatives, and strategic projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication both within the People team, and all Redwoodians through our employee value proposition. 

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR/People professional with a passion for program management, a knack for organization, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives. This position requires an individual who can drive change, foster collaboration, think strategically, and ensure alignment between HR priorities and business goals.

Support Employee Lifecycle Programs in partnership with Global People Partners: 

  • Collaborate with the HR Leadership Team to design, develop, and implement HR programs that align with business needs and objectives (e.g. engagement survey cycle, talent review cycle, merit planning, etc).

  • Track HR initiatives and projects, ensuring they are on schedule and meet business goals.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for key HR processes, ensuring transparency and accessibility across the organization.

Program Management and Coordination: 

  • Coordinate the HR leadership team's strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business needs.

  • Lead or support special projects across HR, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and tracking of milestones.

  • Manage timelines for HR programs, driving efficient execution.

  • Ensure that HR programs and initiatives are well communicated to stakeholders, with clear objectives and progress updates.

Process Improvement and Reporting:  

  • Identify and propose AI integration opportunities for the people team to improve processes and lead the business through automation.

  • Continuously evaluate HR processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

  • Track key HR metrics and KPIs, reporting progress to HR leadership and stakeholders.

  • Leverage data and feedback to recommend improvements in HR programs and initiatives. 

Cross- Functional Collaboration: 

  • Act as a liaison between the HR team and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR programs with broader organizational initiatives.

  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., communications, IT, finance) to drive organized communications to all employees.

Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):

  • Gather and analyze data for QBRs to ensure meaningful, action-oriented discussions.

  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials, ensuring alignment with HR strategies and objectives.

  • Manage follow-up actions and ensure that outcomes from QBR meetings are tracked and executed.

Support All-Hands Meetings:

  • Assist with organizing and executing all-hands meetings, ensuring smooth logistics, agenda development, and clear communication of key business and HR updates.

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to determine relevant content and present HR-related initiatives and metrics during the meetings.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper alignment of messaging and consistency across the organization.

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR program management or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent certifications required.

  • Proven experience supporting or managing HR projects with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of HR programs, processes, and practices for today’s and tomorrow’s workforce.

  • Excellent project management skills, including experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.

  • Precise and efficient, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, results- oriented environment.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with senior leadership, HR teams, and business partners.

  • Proactive, self-starter with a passion for driving organizational change and supporting HR initiatives.
