The Mission

We are seeking a talented Talent Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The right candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about connecting top-tier talent with exciting opportunities in cloud technology. They should be an exceptional communicator, a strategic thinker, and a strong relationship builder who understands the nuances of hiring technical talent.

Your mission will be to own and drive the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best AWS-focused engineers, architects, and developers. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, refine search strategies with our sourcing team, and provide a seamless candidate experience while maintaining a strong focus on hiring efficiency and pipeline metrics.

Your Assignment
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, align on hiring strategies, and drive efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to refine search strategies and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls, assessing candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage.
  • Own compensation negotiations and closing calls to secure top talent.
  • Track and analyze key hiring metrics, providing regular reports on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other recruiting KPIs.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS (Greenhouse) to manage candidates and drive proactive outreach efforts.
  • Represent our company brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions.
Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, specializing in technical hiring (engineers, architects, developers, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and skills, particularly within cloud computing (AWS preferred).
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a competitive mindset and a drive to secure top talent.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience generating and reporting on hiring metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-sufficient, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • Experience working in a technology consulting or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with AWS-related roles and skills.
