About the job

This position is needed to support and provide Enablement specific to our Segment SDR organization. 

The SDR Enablement Business Partner is responsible for designing and implementing enablement programs to boost SDR performance and engagement. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, close relationships with SDR leadership, delivering training and development initiatives, and using data-driven insights to optimize results. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SDR processes, project management skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships while driving measurable improvements in SDR productivity.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the SDR organization, aligning with leadership through weekly cadence meetings to support key priorities.
  • Act as a conduit between the SDR and GTM organizations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Equip SDRs with the necessary skills, tools, and resources by understanding their processes and workflows, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop, execute, and tailor impactful enablement programs based on SDR performance gaps.
  • Own and manage the SDR onboarding program, while providing live-trainings for new hires.
  • Create and maintain SDR key resources including SDR enablement calendar, links to enablement training, SDR Highspot page etc.

Required:

  • SDR Enablement Expertise: In-depth understanding of Sales Development Representative (SDR) processes, strategies, and best practices. Ability to design and implement effective enablement programs that enhance SDR performance, drive engagement, and improve lead conversion.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Ability to build trusted relationships and work closely with SDR teams to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Training and Development: Experience in creating and delivering training content and resources that empower SDRs to succeed. Ability to evaluate performance gaps and develop targeted enablement initiatives to accelerate learning and productivity.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage and execute multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to navigate fast-paced environments.

Desired:

  • Has 3+ years experience in an GTM Enablement role
  • Has previous experience as a Sales Development Representative and familiar with a heavy “outbound” motion or workflow
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as CommonRoom and other outbounding tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo and LeadIQ 

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Ontario.

Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in British Columbia. : $88,900.00 - $111,100.00
