The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our network as Estate Planning Network Attorneys. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your solo practice or start a new legal venture while being supported by a collaborative team and comprehensive back-office resources5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential legal documentation and services in estate planning, business formation, and asset protection5
  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their goals and needs1
  • Develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' specific requirements1
  • Collaborate with other network attorneys to share ideas and develop consistent approaches to common planning issues1
  • Assist in expanding the sales of additional deliverables for existing customers4

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Kansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
  • Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
  • Existing private practice.
  • Medicaid planning is a plus
  • Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
