Job description

MyOrtho VA is looking for a creative and forward-thinking Social Media Marketer to lead content creation for a rebranding initiative. This project-based role focuses on developing unique, high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to build excitement and engagement around the brand’s refreshed identity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and execute 3 months of engaging social media content tailored to our rebrand, including graphics, videos, and captions.
  • Bring out-of-the-box ideas to life, crafting content that captures attention and sets MyOrtho VA apart.
  • Edit raw photo and video assets to create polished, professional visuals aligned with the brand’s identity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with organizational goals and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Schedule and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement, leveraging performance analytics to refine strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong background in content creation, with proven expertise in graphic design and video editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and produce innovative, impactful social media campaigns.
  • Experience in branding or rebranding initiatives is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
