Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: 10:00 pm – 2:00 am // US Holidays
Salary: Php 28,000 – 33,000

Our client is a lawyer who loves to talk about different subjects in philosophy, politics, psychology, and law. She asks questions and discusses opposing arguments on contentious topics.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Video Editor that can edit her short- and long-form content that she is putting out on her platforms.


JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE VIDEO EDITOR ROLE

Your Responsibilities as a Video Editor will be:

• Create/Edit long-form and short-form videos in an engaging and cinematic style
o Long-form: 5 - 30 minutes
o Short-form: 30 seconds - 3 minutes
• Edit digital video and audio in non-linear editing platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Manage and maintain source material, projects, and other assets.
• Actively contribute to creating reels/videos and other materials as needed both for short & long form formatting.
• Responsible in keeping all raw data in cloud/Dropbox by creating necessary back-ups and cleaning the computer hard drive to ensure smooth operations.
• Possess professionalism and accountability.


Qualifications as a Video Editor:

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, cinematography or any equivalent education.
• 2-3 years proven experience as Video Editor or similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, and other art softwares.
• Someone who brings the right attitude and responsibility as a Video editor.
• Must have very high attention to detail and be able to spot focus, framing and color issues.
• A team player and hungry for everyday learning and improving editing skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Someone who can understand feedback and adjust accordingly.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English and can follow instructions.
• Has great work ethic and high regard to timeline, deadlines, and commitment.
• Can do attitude, problem solver.
