Why we’d want to work with you:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our company's growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your ability to build strong relationships and your keen eye for talent will be key to your success in this role.


This remote contract position starts at three months and can be extended up to a year.


What you’ll do:

  • Identify potential recruits using a variety of innovative sourcing tools in multiple markets, including Canada, USA, UK and Chile; typical roles will include software engineering, product management, sales and finance
  • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline using our applicant tracking system (ADP and LinkedIn)
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and serve as an internal consultant and advisor to hiring managers from the opening of position requisition through candidate onboarding
  • Manage employee referral programs and other hiring initiatives
  • Become an AudienceView brand ambassador and interact with communities and individuals through social media and local recruiting events
  • Manage relationship and hiring processes with multiple agencies


What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at least 1 year at an agency
  • Proven success recruiting in a high-volume environment; ability to manage a diverse requisition load
  • Demonstrated success using recruiting tools, e.g., Boolean search, databases, and social media
  • Interest in and passion for technology; you will not be expected to code, but you should be interested in technology topics
  • Desire to win by using expert negotiation skills, employing value selling strategies, and anticipating objections to result in successful candidate offers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable cold calling, networking, and public speaking
  • Ability to get past roadblocks using creative problem-solving skills and being comfortable in situations of ambiguity or pressure
  • Motivated and goal-oriented

How we hire - here's a brief overview of our recruitment process:

  • Screening & Resume Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate all resumes and select candidates for a video screening call for 30 minutes.
  • Meet the Hiring Team (45 minutes): Meet with the hiring team to speak in detail about your relevant experience and learn more about the role and show off your skills in a quick recruiting mock call.
  • Meet the Hiring Manager (30 minutes): Meet the hiring manager and learn about the team dynamic and expectations.
