Responsibilities
- Support Index Analytics Government clients in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. Metro Area
- Provide enterprise-level solutions on the Salesforce platform to lead implementations providing oversight direction on adherence to the architecture, design best practices, development, and integration
- Lead enterprise architecture for conceptual and logical architectures
- Ability to work on multiple projects and help prioritize work and manage deployment risks.
- Identify and resolve integration challenges with other applications
- Responsible for overall design, architecture, and end-to-end of the implementation of Salesforce applications
- Hands-on coding experience, with a willingness to work with developers to resolve problems and provide mentorship
- Design solutions with Client-Side Scripting such as JavaScript
- Ability to implement and manage Salesforce implementations with a public domain/certificate management/single sign on/SP & IDP implementation experience
- Provide SME expertise for design/architecture to support development
- Troubleshoot bugs and fixes in production
- Use CI/CD tools and lead the source code management and have the seamless release cycles
- Work with business teams to understand the business use case and come up with scalable design
- Maintain Technical design and code reviews for the individual projects
- Maintain the technical user stories for the project architecture
Qualifications
- US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (10 years of work experience a suitable replacement)
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Agile Methodologies and SDLC
- Able to effectively design solutions using Custom vs OOB in Salesforce design
- Salesforce Experience Cloud – (Site/Communities) experience required
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Force.com Platform
- Expertise in Data and Metadata Migration strategies
- Experience in designing the integration using middleware tools/Rest & Soap APIs
- Experience including use of APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience.
- Experience and knowledge of JavaScript frameworks required.
- Previous Government contracting experience preferred
- Strong leadership of technical teams
- Effective client management with demonstrated success and client satisfaction
- Security Clearance: ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance
Preferred Skills and Certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Design/Architecture of other programming languages such as Java/J2EE is preferred.
- Web Development experience is preferred
- Salesforce Integration with Heroku is preferred.
- MuleSoft Integration experience is preferred
- jQuery/Nodejs/Angular is preferred
- Exposure to app exchange packages such Box and other document management packages
- Salesforce Platform Developer (I required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer (II) (preferred)
- Salesforce Application Architect (preferred)
- Previous experience with Service Cloud (required)
The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position, applicable across all locations. Actual offers may vary based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
