We are currently searching for a Salesforce Developer (Remote):

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Visualforce.
Create and maintain workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation processes.
Manage data using Data Loader or other data migration tools.
Implement and maintain security settings and access controls.
Customize standard Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop Lightning components and Lightning Web Components for an enhanced user interface and experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Document code solutions and processes.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience developing Salesforce applications.
Experience with CRM Analytics.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative platform tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
Possess one or more Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator).

Desired Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with data visualization tools.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
