Job Description :
Lead the agile team as the Scrum Master for Agile teams
Drive Scrum, Built-in Quality, Kanban and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and practices in multiple Agile teams
Drive Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness by preparing the Agile team for PI Planning and supporting the team to create PI plans, objectives, and business values
Lead and drive iteration execution by facilitating team events (e.g., backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, team review and demo, retrospective)
Determine key business issues, monitoring product roadmaps, developing effective action plans, and implementing delivery of business value
Co-ordinates multiple and extremely complex products, initiatives, and programs spanning business and technical product areas
Co-ordinates all operational readiness (business, technical, and operational) activities throughout the lifecycle of projects, including change management activities to support readiness
Highly effective at removing blockers and working with cross functional and shared services teams to enable improved delivery models
Manage cross team dependencies across our business, release management, third party development & QA and other scrum teams
Knowledge & Experience
Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of relevant experience and Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification and 5 years of Project Management skills or Scrum Master experience
