Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule - 8AM to 12PM Sydney (4hrs per day/ 20hrs per week)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across our digital marketing channels, with a primary focus on social media, email marketing (EDM), blog content, and other content creation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across social media platforms. Track engagement metrics and help develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Email Marketing (EDM): Support the creation and execution of email campaigns, including template design, content development, list management, and performance analysis.
  • Blog Management: Help research topics, draft posts, edit content, and optimize for SEO. Coordinate with subject matter experts and ensure timely publication.
  • Content Creation: Develop various marketing materials including graphics, videos, infographics, and written content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, organize digital assets, coordinate with team members, and assist with project management.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms preferred
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
