As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are seeking an individual to join our organization as a Manager, Provider Enrollment. The Manager of Provider Enrollment plays a vital role within our Payor Strategy Team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Payor Strategy Operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead team of 14 Enrollment Specialists that oversee all Provider Enrollment for Aspen Dental.
  • Organizes and leads the weekly Enrollment Team Meeting.
  • Ensure that all new providers, re-credentialed providers and entity ownership changes are submitted to plans timely for all providers.
  • Supervises, plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the work product of team members including their performance against established metrics.
  • Establishes policies, procedures, toolkits, and best practices necessary for successful provider enrollment, including clear expectations for turnaround timeframes, required documentation, and tracking checklists.
  • Ensures all facility/practitioner directory data is accurate and in good standing with plan partners.
  • Ensures that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Responds to requests from management/staff/providers/outside entities related to enrollment of practitioners.
  • Investigates escalations from field operations teams as received and follows through to resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required.
  • PESC, CPCS or CPMSM certified strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible management or supervisory level payor enrollment experience in a health care setting with at least three (3) of these years' experience in a medium to large health system.
  • Excellent verbal & written communications
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills a must.
  • Detail oriented with a strong level of analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, directed and proactive.
  • Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies.
  • Able to communicate effectively within department and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate teams.
  • In depth knowledge of credentialing, enrollment, CMS + NCQA Standards
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with credentialing/payor enrollment software preferred.

Annual Pay Range: $82-100k with bonus opportunity
