Job description

We are growing our enterprise sales team in US and we are looking for results-driven Enterprise Account Executives to land new clients and convert open-source users into paying enterprise clients. If you have a proven track record in selling technically complex solutions to large enterprises, are a self starter and want to build a 10X more efficient sales engine than industry average, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Building out the sales function and processes.
  • Setting out a contact strategy for building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Identifying, and developing new account opportunities.
  • Convert existing users of the open source product to a paid hosted SaaS solution (PLG motion).
  • Coordinating and implementing resources for discovery calls, presentations, and demos.
  • Conducting contract negotiations and professional after-sales support to maintain the relationship throughout the purchasing process.
  • Tracking all opportunities and customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting.
  • Working collaboratively with Vespa.ai’s technology and executive departments to meet the needs of key accounts.

 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • Proven success in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience in AI and RAG. Vector databases and search technologies is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
