Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 6PM Carton, VIC

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital and eCommerce Assistant to play a crucial role in our fast-paced digital and e-commerce team. In this position, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support multiple fashion brands, manage advanced e-commerce platforms, and contribute to exciting marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from content scheduling and social media management to assisting with marketing campaigns and handling administrative tasks within Shopify. Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms using Metricool and manual posting methods, ensuring our brands maintain a strong online presence
  • Assist in crafting and implementing marketing campaigns by setting up and managing ads on cutting-edge platforms such as Meta Business Suite
  • Navigate and perform crucial administrative tasks within the Shopify backend for multiple fashion brands, contributing to seamless e-commerce operations
  • Create and maintain dynamic content calendars for innovative marketing initiatives, keeping our brands ahead of the curve
  • Provide essential support to the team with general administrative duties using Google Workspace tools, enhancing overall productivity and collaboration
  • Contribute creative input and assist in the development of compelling marketing materials and content, helping our brands stand out in a competitive market
  • Collaborate closely with the digital and e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations across various integrated systems, including CRM, finance, and warehouse management
Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.), with the ability to efficiently manage documents and streamline workflows
  • Hands-on experience with content scheduling and social media management tools, particularly Metricool or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Shopify’s backend operations, with the ability to navigate and perform tasks confidently
  • Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, with a willingness to expand knowledge in digital marketing
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, crucial for managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong independent work ethic balanced with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Passion for fashion and e-commerce, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain high productivity in a home office setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing digital and e-commerce team
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite are a plus, but not required
