As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, guiding hiring managers, and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will also work closely with business and HR leadership to enhance performance management practices, optimize processes, and leverage data to drive strategic decisions. 

Duties / Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. 

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and create a competitive advantage. 

  • Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes, helping teams overcome organizational, process, or people-based challenges. 

  • Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods, including the employee referral program, to build a strong talent pipeline. 

  • Manage pre-hire assessments, background checks, and I-9 verification processes to ensure compliance. 

  • Oversee performance management programs, refining strategies to enhance employee engagement and development. 

  • Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in recruitment, talent management, and HR technologies. 

  • Use data-driven insights and key hiring metrics to measure effectiveness and refine recruitment strategies. 

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, industry regulations, and Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) as set by the OFCCP. 

  • Evaluate and manage external recruiting vendors, including staffing agencies, career sites, social media platforms, and university partnerships. 

  • Support additional HR initiatives related to employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Management, Psychology or related field. 

  • Minimum of three years or more experience in recruiting. 

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis skills and capable of prioritizing. 

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills. 

  • Ability to build confidence and trust in leading the recruitment process. 

  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented and strong organizational skills. 

  • Excellent program and project management skills. 

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. 

  • Excellent multi-tasking, priority setting capabilities 

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong internal and external customer service focus. 

  • Ability to lead people and projects with passion, integrity, and empathy. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Four or more years of experience in recruiting with 1 or more years of performance management experience. 

  • One or more year of experience with LinkedIn recruiter.   

  • PHR, SPHR, CP or SCP certification. 

  • Experience with Paycom HRIS or strong working knowledge of HRIS systems.   

  • Previous experience with diversity & inclusion initiatives and strategies. 

  • Experience partnering with business leadership and Human Resources on hiring initiatives 

  • Experience or basic knowledge of budgeting processes. 

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel 

Normal Working Hours and Conditions:  Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.   

Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.  Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting.  The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds.  The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
