About the role

Bio-K+ is dedicated to improving lives through science-backed, high-quality probiotics. Key responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies that align with Bio-K+'s mission to provide the highest quality probiotic solutions.
  • Utilize data and insights on local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, broker teams, and marketing teams at Bio-K+ and Kerry Group to ensure alignment on key business objectives, brand positioning, and marketing campaigns.

Team & Territory Management:

  • Aim to exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with Bio-K+’s brand values and vision.
  • Conduct regular field visits.
  • Identify key market trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Produce detailed sales forecasts and performance reports, offering insights into territory performance and identifying actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage CRM systems to ensure the integrity of customer data, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Business Development:

  • Identify and build new business partnerships within the East region, including expanding into untapped markets, while increasing the visibility of Bio-K+’s product offerings.
  • Represent Bio-K+ at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to maintain our reputation as a leader in the probiotics space.
Qualifications and skills
  • Experience in sales, business development, broker management, territory management, ideally in health, wellness, or nutritional products. Experience in probiotics or functional foods is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in health sciences or nutrition is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of the health and wellness industry, specifically probiotics, dietary supplements, or functional foods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The typical hiring range for this role is $91,404.00 to $138,357.75 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
