Job description

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and creatively inclined Brand Manager (Group) to oversee the branding, marketing initiatives, and digital presence of all our brands. This role will serve as the Digital Marketing Manager's right hand, assisting in developing and executing brand strategies that maximize revenue, optimize digital performance, and drive lead generation across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and creative skills, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). They should also have a keen sense of creative aesthetics, and design elements, and a strong grip on content writing & creation to maintain brand consistency and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for all brands under the company's portfolio to drive growth and market presence.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in strategizing and delegating tasks to the marketing team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Align brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all digital channels while ensuring visual and content consistency.

2. Campaign Planning, Execution & Creative Oversight:

  • Ideate, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum impact on lead generation and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, email marketing, performance marketing, and SEO.
  • Ensure high-quality content creation, brand storytelling, and visual design standards are met across all channels.
  • Work closely with designers and content creators to maintain aesthetic appeal and brand consistency in all marketing materials.

3. Lead Generation & Revenue Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities for improving lead acquisition and conversion through digital channels.
  • Optimize conversion funnels across platforms, ensuring customer engagement and retention.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to enhance market positioning.

4. Content Writing & Creative Direction:

  • Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Provide direction on visual branding, design elements, and creative aesthetics to maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Ensure content is optimized for both SEO and audience engagement.

5. Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and paid media teams, to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the go-to person for the marketing team in the absence of the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts and ROI.

6. Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor analytics and provide reports on brand performance and marketing efforts.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (from IBA / IoBM / LUMS university) in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, paid marketing, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with content strategy, storytelling, and visual branding.
  • Excellent creative sense, understanding of design principles, and experience in content creation & writing.
  • Strong project management and task delegation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and creativity.

Other Details:

  • Job Timings: The Night shift following the US-EST Time Zone.
  • Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
  • Remote Working: In the case of the remote, a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Core i5, 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup) will be arranged by the candidate.
