We have a great team culture and a growing client list. We are currently looking for an admin assistant ready to take that next step in their career. We are offering a permanent work-from-home setup.

What we are offering:

  • Salary starts at 30000 pesos per month.
  • Working Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST/AEDT.

Job Summary:

  • Handle tax lodgements (returns, BAS) and corporate secretarial tasks
  • Maintain and update client records, databases
  • Prepare and manage client documents, including engagement letters, invoices, cover letters and quarterly PAYG notices.
  • Manage company assets and logistics, including offshore accountant equipment.
