Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Coordinator to support our CEO by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating with sellers and consultants, and maintaining effective email organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings, confirm attendance, and ensure smooth execution with sellers, consultants, and team members.
  • Email Management: Assist in organising and prioritising daily email communication, flagging urgent tasks, and drafting responses as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining calendars, updating contact lists, and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Task Management: Monitor and follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Project Management Tools and scheduling tools like Google Calendar, Calendly etc.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred
