About The Role
Join us as a Technical Recruiter and be a key player in building the engine room of Félix! You'll be the one finding the brilliant minds that will power our innovative platform, focusing primarily on software engineering roles. This isn't just about filling positions; it's about connecting talented individuals with a mission they'll love. You'll own the entire recruitment journey, from sourcing and engaging with top-tier candidates to guiding them through the offer and onboarding process. Working closely with our engineering leaders, you'll ensure we're building a team of passionate problem-solvers. Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, initially with a specific focus on software engineering roles.
- Leverage various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify and attract outstanding candidates.
- Conduct initial screens, and coordinate technical assessments and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit for different roles.
- Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date ATS to provide reliable data for effective recruitment strategies
- Contribute to our employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, with a focus on highlighting the opportunities and challenges in different teams.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring process and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful technical recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in both English and Spanish, enabling seamless communication with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Proficient in utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, referrals, and job boards, to attract top talent.
- A commitment to providing a positive candidate experience and fostering a welcoming company culture.
- Proficiency in using and maintaining an ATS, ensuring data integrity for effective recruitment analysis
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools is a big plus
- Experience in employer branding and marketing is a plus
- These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
