We’re looking for our next Product Manager, Investments. Could It Be You?

As a Product Manager, Investments - Save Squad Leader, you'll play a vital role in shaping our product vision and making key decisions that benefit both our customers and our business. You'll report to the Director of Product – Mission Leader – Operational Efficiency and Retention for the Grow my Wealth Journey, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional results.

You will lead the creation and execution of customer retention programs, identify and develop growth opportunities, and prioritize and validate new features to enhance the customer journey and expand Questrade's offerings.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading Retention Strategy & Program Development: Owning the creation and execution of customer retention programs, including enterprise loyalty initiatives and incentive programs.
• Identifying & Developing Growth Opportunities: In collaboration with all Growth My Wealth missions, using data and insights to uncover and nurture new opportunities to deepen customer relationships and expand product usage, driving profitable growth.
• Prioritizing & Validating Initiatives: Leading the ideation, validation, and prioritization of new features and solutions to enhance the customer journey and expand Questrade's offerings. This includes working across teams to ensure alignment.
• Bridging Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborating effectively with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of retention strategies and product development.
• Operationalizing Strategic Initiatives: Supporting the implementation and refinement of strategic initiatives identified by QuestX, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with overall product strategy.
• Analyzing & Reporting on Performance: Tracking key customer retention metrics, analyzing data and trends, and reporting on the success of retention strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
• Enhancing Customer Experience: Monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying pain points, and recommending solutions to improve the overall customer experience and reduce churn.
• Understanding Questrade's Ecosystem: Developing a deep understanding of Questrade's overall product strategy and how different products and teams interact to maximize synergy and revenue growth.

Experience in financial services is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with proven success in other fast-paced, customer-focused, digital environments.
• Are a Multi-Talented Product Leader: You are comfortable across at least three of these areas (and eager to learn more!): UX/CX/Product Design, Customer Research, Rapid Prototyping, 0-1 Product Development, Business/Product Strategy, Business/Financial Modeling, Strategic/Competitive Foresight, and Sales/Digital Acquisition.
