Pharmacy Technician (Document Control Specialist) | oneSOURCE | USA | Remote

We’re searching for a USA based Document Control Specialist to join our oneSOURCE team, so that we can provide support for the oneSOURCE pharmacy database. The Document Control Specialist will fulfill SDS and other document requests to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information within our database.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities to obtain requested documents
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively in order to provide excellent customer service and support
  • Conduct research in order to validate product information and documentation
  • Accurately input and verify data into the oneSOURCE database in order to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborate with database team members and managers to ensure quality and efficiency


What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Previous working experience working as a Pharmacy Technician, or other position within pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven success consistently maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • In-depth knowledge on how to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A knack for working both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with database management systems
