Under the direction of the Director, Treasury, the Treasury Analyst is responsible for a broad range of financial duties primarily focusing on Treasury Operations activities. Responsibilities will include the management of the enterprise cash liquidity, cash forecasting, and various work-flows critical to the financial operations of the company. The Analyst will work with the Treasury team to communicate complex financial concepts when necessary and is expected to identify areas to improve work-flow functions, create analyses that enhance decision-making, and work in collaboration with various companies and departments across the enterprise. The position will include management and administration of treasury software and banking systems, corporate credit card administration, and financial institution-corporation liaison. This is a “hands on” position where a high level of service delivery and relations with other departments and subsidiaries of the corporation is required.

- Corporate treasury activities with a focus on ensuring there is an adequate amount of working capital available to finance the daily operations of the businesses across the enterprise.
- Cash flow forecasts, comparison to actual, and reporting to senior management.
- Assuring timely and accurate payments of debt and debt-related interest, tracking and presenting market data for distribution, preparing company wire and payment transfers, and training in the financial systems utilized by our department.
- Adheres to strict compliance with financial controls, processes and standards.
- Administers banking and financial institution online portals effectively.
- Manages and administers corporate credit card programs effectively.
- Recommends modifications to established practices, policies, procedures and workflows to improve security, efficiency and profitability.
- Working well with other departments to pursue company objectives, and willingness to cross-train and learn processes and procedures outside of daily responsibilities.
- Bank statement analysis.
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders.

- Executes borrowing/investment transactions.
- Contribute to the cash management strategy.
- Evaluate new banking products and services.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/treasury systems.
- Support credit card program management and administration.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, business, finance or other closely related business field is required.
- Minimum of five years of cumulative professional experience in banking, accounting and/or cash management fields is required.
- Medium to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required.
- Banking experience preferred.
- Effective project management experience preferred.
- Experience in reading and using financial statements prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is preferred.
- Treasury management, commercial banking and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software experience preferred.
