Technical Expert Austria, Switzerland and CSEE

We’re looking for a skilled technical professional with expertise in the façade/roofing industry. If you’re a proactive expert ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• Provide expert technical advice, conduct technical training, and manage technical claims across the region.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers in Central and Eastern Europe to ensure strong customer orientation and service excellence.
• Deliver regular feedback to the line manager to support the identification of new application, product, solution, and service opportunities within the region.
• Support certification and testing activities relevant to the region.
• Ensure all technical assets are accurate, up to date, and provide input when updates or new materials are required.
• Work remotely, with regular international travel within the region as part of the role. 

What you’ll bring:

• Fluency in English and German
• Proven expertise in façade/roofing industry construction
• Experience in technical training and claims management
• A self-driven professional – You take initiative, manage your own schedule, and thrive in an environment where you balance multiple technical requests and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills – You’re confident working with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners, building trust through your technical knowledge and reliability.
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities – You know how to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
