Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with expertise in Power Platform, and Power Apps Portals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform, ensuring seamless integration, customization, and automation.

This role requires hands-on experience with C#, REST APIs and front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Development

• Develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
• Build and configure Dataverse entities, relationships, and business rules.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Portals).
• Implement Power Automate workflows for process automation.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with third-party applications using REST APIs and Web Services.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

Customization & Development

• Develop and maintain custom C# plugins and workflows.
• Create and manage custom JavaScript and TypeScript components for front-end enhancements.
• Design and implement custom Power Apps Portal solutions
• Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks to enhance UI/UX in Power Apps Portals.
• Maintain source control using Azure DevOps/Git.

Collaboration & Agile Development

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.
• Conduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Technical Expertise

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Modules – Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.
• Power Platform – Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas, Portals), Power Automate, Dataverse.
• C# Development – Custom Plugins and workflows.
• REST APIs & Integrations – API development and third-party integrations.
• UI Development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript for Power Apps Portals and web enhancements.
• Source Control & DevOps – Git, Azure DevOps.

Soft Skills & Work Approach

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL - 400, or relevant Dynamics 365 certifications).

Knowledge of React for advanced front-end development.
