Responsibilities
As the Assistant, FF&E Projects and Platform – GCM, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Follow up and update hotel project status (huge amount) in timely manner. Use wechat/call/email to communicate with suppliers and owners.
- Online platform testing (UAT).
- Assist hotel management company to manage all platform’s operation. Provide platform training or operational assistance to supplier/owner online.
- Assist Hilton to prepare sourcing documents and sourcing related activities if required. Ad-hoc assignments.
- Support Team Managers to manage project procurement process of a focused service brand in GCM.
- Support Team Managers to manage suppliers and owners/franchisees to operate Hilton’s owned online procurement platform.
- Assist Team Managers in FF&E sourcing activities.

- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year

Advanced knowledge in Computer, Online Platform, excel
