C# .NET Technical Lead duties:

Backlog Cultivation & Work Planning – Owning the roadmap and orchestrating seamless execution.
Setting the Standard – Establishing and upholding best-in-class coding practices.
Sprint Mastery – Leading prioritisation within our bi-weekly sprint framework.
Agile Leadership – Active in stand-ups, retros, reviews, and keeping the team moving forward.
Technical & Personal Development – Running weekly dev gatherings, one-on-ones, and solution design forums.
Quality-First Approach – Collaborating with QA to craft robust test plans.
Hands-On Development – Conducting meticulous code reviews and shaping new requirements alongside product owners.
Incident Resolution – Troubleshooting and solving production issues effectively.
Mentorship & Guidance – Supporting and upskilling the team in their day-to-day work.

Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs.
