What You’ll Do:

Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with frontend, backend, QA, and product management teams to deliver valuable solutions to our stakeholders.
Design & Implement: Partner with engineers and architects to design and build high-performance applications within a service-oriented architecture.
Review & Improve: Participate in technical design reviews, peer code reviews, retrospectives, and business design sessions to continuously improve our processes and products.
Advocate for Quality: Champion code quality and ensure our applications meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Communicate with Empathy: Engage in open and empathetic communication to foster understanding and collaboration within our diverse team.

What we need to see from you

Proven experience in a product driven engineering function, ideally using .NET
Experienced creating robust, performant RESTful applications
Exposure to building/supporting open source projects, SDKs and public APIs for the wider developer community and third-party system integrators
Practical experience of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and general DevOps-forward working environments
Experience of working in a multi-team organisation with multiple workstreams within a shared product landscape
An advocate for continuous improvement, both in your own work and within the team.
A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
