Ciklum is looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our team full-time in Kyiv.

About the role:

Responsibilities:

Be right hand and go-to person for the finance related question for one of the Market Directors
Regular and ad-hoc analysis of performance per account / project, investigating the reasons and providing insights to both Market and Senior leadership team
Ensuring team awareness of the market plan / target performance
Financial modeling: creation and validation of the financial models at pre-sale stage for new and existing clients
Forecasting & Budgeting: participation in preparation of annual budgets and regular rolling forecasts, work side-by-side with Senior team to coordinate the process; scenario planning; variances reporting
Monthly reporting: participation in month closing procedures, support and coordination of the data streams in respect of assigned market

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A, preferably in an international IT company
Experience working as an Auditor/Consultant in Big 4 is a plus
Master degree in Finance/Economics or similar; ACCA qualification is a plus
Strong level of English to provide solid findings delivery
Excellent communication skills
Proficient user of MS Excel and Google sheets
Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment
Solid planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and assimilate new information quickly
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
