We are seeking a Test Manager with 7-10 years of experience to lead testing efforts across multiple projects. This role requires expertise in Azure DevOps, defect management tools, Jira, ETL testing, automation frameworks, and UI validation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure software quality.
• Lead and manage testing teams, including in-house testers and external vendors.
• Oversee test execution, defect management, and reporting using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and other defect tracking tools.
• Drive ETL testing efforts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
• Establish and maintain automation frameworks for efficient test execution.
• Conduct UI validation and functional testing to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, and stakeholders) to define testing requirements.
• Ensure effective test data management and maintain test environments.
• Track and report test progress, defects, and risks to project teams and leadership.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the testing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of testing services and adherence to SLAs.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in test automation, performance testing, and security testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in QA processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimize testing efforts, reducing time to market while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in testing tools, methodologies, and automation technologies.
  
  

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, defect management tools, and automation frameworks.
• Expertise in ETL testing, UI validation, functional and regression testing.
• Proven experience managing testing teams and vendors, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of test automation strategies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in performance testing and security testing is a plus.
• Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, or similar) are a plus.
