Creating drawings and calculations, preparing stringing chart reports, and checking clearances in power lines and towers.

Analyzing loadings and determining minimal dimensions for new towers.

Key Responsibilities:

Routing and design of transmission and distribution overhead power lines from 130 kV to 400;
Preparing concepts and documentation for transmission OH power lines (e.g. electrical schemes, phasing diagrams, insulator drawings and selection, towers earthing system;
Creating drawings and calculations, preparing stringing chart reports with sags and tensions, line profiles drawings, short circuit calculations, preparing material procurement, checking minimal external and internal clearances in power lines as well as for towers;
Analyzing and preparing loadings, determining minimal dimensions for new towers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
Professional experience as an Electrical Power Engineering specialist in OH lines. We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 3 years to over 10 years of relevant experience;
Advanced skills in Microstation software;
Familiar with PLS Cadd/IceTow tower spotting software;
Knowledge of European standard EN 50341;
Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
Good to have: programming in programs like PLS Pole/PLS TWR, Inventor.
