Job description

Overview:

An opportunity is available for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and provide technical support within the assigned region. This role focuses on new business generation, lead management, and ensuring high profitability while following company sales policies.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profit targets for equipment, spare parts, and services
  • Generate and follow up on leads through LinkedIn and social selling
  • Develop annual sales forecasts with clear objectives
  • Maintain records and provide updates to the Commercial Director using Salesforce
  • Stay informed about company products to provide technical support and negotiate pricing
  • Manage the entire sales process, from product selection to payment collection
  • Identify market trends, potential customers, and develop an annual sales plan
  • Coordinate promotional activities, including regional trade shows
  • Provide first-level technical assistance for equipment failures


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: 3+ years in consulting sales, customer experience, negotiation, or technical services.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, accountability, discipline, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge
  • 3+ years in technical or consulting sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Expertise in social selling and LinkedIn.
  • Additional: Must own a car for transportation.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $94,800 annually, paid biweekly
  • Guaranteed Sales Commission: Minimum of $15,000 in the first year, with potential for more
  • Sales Commissions: Performance-based, with a tiered percentage from 2% to 4%
  • Bonuses: Up to $10,000 for increasing sales by 20% over a 3-year rolling average
  • Vehicle Subsidy: $671 monthly, paid biweekly
  • Technology: Laptop and company cell phone provide
  • Vacation: 10 to 20 days annually, based on tenure
  • Health Insurance: $1,000 monthly support for medical expenses
  • Exempt Position: No overtime eligibility; annual performance reviews and potential salary adjustments.
