We are seeking a passionate and experienced SAP Operation Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team at Syntax Iberia within GBI.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technical support professionals within our product development unit, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and achieving quality and efficiency objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and coach a technical support team, providing guidance, motivation, and professional development.
Coordinate and oversee the team's daily activities to ensure efficient and effective resolution of support related tasks.
Act as an escalation point for complex issues, providing strategic solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver ongoing training to the team to maintain and enhance technical and service skills.
Collaborate with other parts of GBI to continuously improve processes and service quality.
Participate in planning and strategy meetings to align team objectives with company goals.
Professional support of the sales department in presales, implementation projects and go-live support and in establishing and expanding our customer relationships.
Recognition and proactive handling of problems, including the development of solution proposals, taking into account economic and capacity-related aspects
Proper innovation skills combined with the drive to develop and be responsible for commercially successful services
