Expectations of this Position:
Prospecting for and selling RRM’s marketing solutions to home improvement, home care, hospice and deathcare industries.
Effectively communicate product details, benefits, and pricing structure to prospective clients.
Cultivating enduring relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Leveraging B2B sales experience and knowledge to call high within small organizations.
Owning the full sales cycle, from the initial presentation to closing.
Frequently self-evaluating performance to ensure alignment with the corporate mission, sales department's mission, and company values.
Working remotely while also conducting face-to-face prospecting and sales within a prescribed geographic area.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales.
Be willing to travel to trade shows and events, as needed.
Requirements:
3+ Years of Business to Business sales experience with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
Ability to sell products costing the buyer +/- $25000 annually.
Ability to earn more than $125,000 annually, base plus commission.
Ability to understand and convey the features, advantages, and benefits of various products and services.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Experience in a two-call close sales environment.
Comfortable working in a medium pressure, closely managed team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work remotely and conduct face-to-face sales.
Willingness to be held accountable for performance and results.
Technical skills: ability to effectively navigate technology including Microsoft 365 Products.
Strong negotiation skills
Prior knowledge and experience in marketing is a plus.
Quiet, designated remote work from home area is required.
Preferred experience in the Home Improvement, Home Care, Hospice and Deathcare industries.
