The Regional Sales Coordinator will work with the Regional Sales Manager and Energy Service Representatives on the utility program sales team. Responsibilities include supporting the program's sales processes of energy efficiency projects, from lead entry to sales support, financing, project commitment, and distribution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Support the Regional Sales Manager with daily operations and provide administrative support for both office and field Energy Service Representatives.
- Verify customer's eligibility for programs.
- Maintain and improve all commercial and industrial process flow steps while becoming the program expert.
- Perform accurate data entry and monitoring with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain strong ongoing communications with the utility, utility program team, and customers to assure customer satisfaction.
- Commit and distribute energy efficiency projects daily.
- Initiate and facilitate financing of energy-efficiency projects when needed.
- Provide program reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Distribute program sales leads.
- Represent the company and abide by all safety and employee guidelines.
- Maintain and protect all company equipment issued.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor as business needs dictate.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience with utility programs, energy auditing, or commercial lighting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to work according to schedules and objectives.
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Local working knowledge of assigned territory preferred.
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) required.
