Senior Frontend Developer(Remote)

Role Overview:

As the Senior Front End Developer, you will take charge of our front-end development initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Angular and React. You will lead a team of 4-6 developers, mentoring and inspiring them to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications. Your expertise will shape our technical direction, ensuring we adhere to best practices and maintain a high standard of code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable web applications using Angular and React.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with back-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular (expert level) and/or React.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Deep understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx) and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
