Report directly to the CFO in a unique role where you can make a real impact!

You will have the opportunity to directly address findings from internal audits, develop improvements accordingly, and establish them across our global organization. If you are proactive, solution-oriented, and work independently, you might be the perfect fit for this role. Help Mikron scrutinize and improve financial processes in their growing global company headquartered in Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct internal audits throughout the entire organization
Document and report your findings and improvement suggestions
Develop new, more efficient processes and structures in collaboration with the Head of Controlling and the CFO
Establish new processes within Mikron‘s global organization and oversee their implementation, control, and continuous improvement
Organize and conduct training sessions for new processes within the organization
Ensure compliance with necessary laws, regulations, and internal guidelines

Your Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance/Accounting
At least 3 years of experience in conducting and documenting internal audits
Initial experience in controlling is a definite advantage
Solid knowledge in accounting (Swiss GAP FER/IFRS)
Excellent knowledge of the SAP environment
Outstanding project management skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
High willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally (approx. 50%)
