As a UI/UX Designer, you'll design websites and digital materials that help universities connect with students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on design work and managing projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Design websites, landing pages, and digital platforms for universities and educational organizations.
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that focus on usability and engagement.
Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met and priorities are handled effectively.
Work with developers, marketers, and creative teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, refining your work based on feedback.
Track performance data and improve designs to boost engagement and conversion rates.
What Makes You a Good Fit?
3–5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in a marketing agency or similar environment.
A portfolio showcasing your work on websites, landing pages, or digital platforms.
Advanced English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience guiding projects from research through to final design.
