Overview

Join us as a CX Platform Administrator! You'll be the mastermind behind our CX Application ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations and driving business growth across sales, marketing, and customer service teams. You'll oversee data integrity, user access, system configuration, and training, while leading the implementation and expansion of our CX tools like WalkMe and ChurnZero.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Management: Write and adapt software to meet business needs.
  • Technical Reviews: Assess and resolve technical issues.
  • Data Management: Create reports and dashboards.
  • Content Creation: Produce content to help clients and employees.
  • System Automation: Maintain automations and custom formulas.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure system efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for application issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
