Location: Phoenix, AZ (Preferred) or Remote (CA Licensed Attorneys)

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in both Arizona and California and preferably based in Phoenix, AZ. However, we will consider remote candidates with a California license who have experience handling California personal injury (PI) cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
Evaluate case value, negotiate claims, and communicate with insurance companies.
Draft and review demand letters, medical summaries, and settlement agreements.
Provide legal guidance to clients and support staff throughout the claims process.
Ensure compliance with Arizona and/or California PI laws and regulations.
Collaborate with litigation attorneys when cases require escalation.

Qualifications:

Active law license in Arizona and California preferred.
Will consider remote candidates with a California license if experienced in California PersonaI Injury.
Minimum 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with insurance adjusters.
Excellent communication and case management skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a client-focused approach.
