Role Overview:

As Growth Marketer, this person will be focused on leveraging marketing tactics and channels to create demand and leads to support the company’s highest goals. This will be done through a combination of creating & executing multichannel marketing strategies. This person will be required to execute a certain amount on their own along with building a lean team that can execute needed marketing efforts and achieve the team’s MIN.


⚠️This role requires a scrappy and experienced professional who is willing to execute elements of each campaign. This means they are capable of rolling up their sleeves and solving capacity problems themselves either by writing copy, editing a workflow, peeking into analytics, or directing an agency/vendor to get a job done. We know that not all functions of marketing can be done by one person - even the most amazing marketing specialist - but this role particularly requires a person who can execute certain tactics themselves when necessary to get results.


Team MIN: Qualified Leads or Booked Sales Calls

Outcome-Based Responsibilities (What I need you to deliver):

  1. Ensure we consistently produce enough qualified leads to support sales to meet or exceed their MIN
  2. Consistently execute marketing actions in order to drive engagement with company brand across social, ads, lead magnets, webinars, podcasts, conferences, newsletters, nurture emails. They need to have engagement with our brand so that when they are ready to buy they have a convo with us.
  3. Taking the consistent, successful execution in our main niche, cloning that, and executing successful entry and growth into new industries & services.



Capabilities:

  1. Extensive ability to leverage and use Hubspot for marketing metrics, customer engagement, and marketing
  2. Ability to find talent, manage talent for outcomes, and manage projects and deadlines
  3. Ability to take the wins from our company for our clients and create urgency & desire in our prospective clients i.e. tell stories through testimonials that create urgency and lead people to become clients.
  4. Ability to manage within a zero-based budget and hit projected ROI on marketing investments
  5. Leverage paid ads, funnels, and “lead magnets” to increase MQLs
  6. Build and maintain an effective marketing dashboard of metrics that clearly identify direct ROI of marketing efforts
  7. Ability to build, run and market effective online conferences, webinars, podcasts, and other online events that nurture leads to become clients.
  8. You need to feel confident managing industry conferences and getting a ROI from conferences
  9. Ability to learn the industries that the company is in and engage with key members in the industry and partners (networking with purpose)
  10. Ability to leverage partnerships to increase leads for RotateDigital
  11. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Hubspot metrics


Duties:

  1. Work closely with our sales team to increase the effectiveness of lead generation
  2. Report on KPIs and work completed weekly
  3. Keep Hubspot organized for all teams to leverage it better




What 90 Days Looks Like:

  1. Successfully plan, market, and launch 2 webinars and hit attendance metrics
  2. Build a lean team of marketing contractors to execute on all levels, across all functions
  3. Build and launch consistent email marketing campaigns to drive engagement with our database
  4. Plan, organize, record, and launch 2 podcasts for the CEO, President to meet with a guest, and repurpose this content as short form video and social posts to attract new leads into the RD ecosystem
  5. Build 2-3 solid lead magnets for moving business owners and promote them across webinars, conferences, social, ads, emails in order to drive new MQLs
  6. Launch and continually improve Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other social media ads
  7. Build and track solid marketing dashboard along with ROI tracking
  8. Work with the President and web team to revamp conversions and brand authority on the website
  9. Refine our social media posting cadence to get us to consistently posting a minimum of 4 times per day by repurposing our library of existing content and any new content that we create across webinars, podcasts, conferences, etc.
  10. Refine and finalize Hubspot contacts under their proper designation of Lead, Subscriber, MQL, and SQL and track against it
  11. Build out the roadmap to increase the authority and audience of Travis Weathers in the moving industry and digital agency space.

The hardest part of this role will be the need to complete fast; build a team, all while figuring out how to live in the tension of “less is more”



Compensation

We pay you for the value you have and create at Rotate Digital.

Pay range is dependent on experience.

Base: $18,000 -$36,000 (in USD) depending on experience
