An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior leader within the higher education sector. This dynamic role will see you managing daily operations, coordinating key projects, and liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage a complex diary, scheduling meetings, travel, and events
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation on behalf of the senior leader
Oversee administrative projects, ensuring key deadlines are met
Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Provide secretariat support for meetings and committees
Manage financial administration, including purchase requisitions and expense reconciliation
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in high-level executive support, with exposure to project coordination
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High-level problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong relationship management skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems
Understanding of the higher education sector is highly desirable
A valid Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
