Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday - friday 9am - 6pm GMT. Full time, 40 hours a week

Role Objective:

The agent will be responsible for sourcing property deals in the rent-to-rent sector, specifically securing company lets for serviced accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Sourcing:
  • Identify potential landlords on platforms like Gumtree, OpenRent, and SpareRoom.
  • Contact estate agents (preferably smaller branches) across the UK to find suitable deals.
Communication & Negotiation:
  • Call landlords directly to propose company let agreements (email as a secondary contact method).
  • Explain the rent-to-serviced accommodation model to landlords unfamiliar with the concept.
  • Highlight key benefits such as:
    • Guaranteed rent.
    • No void periods.
    • Basic maintenance management for a minimum three-year contract.
Deal Securing & Data Management:
  • Arrange property viewings immediately after receiving a positive response from a landlord or agent.
  • Log all property details in the provided spreadsheet, including landlord/agent contact information.
  • Conduct deal analysis by gathering data on nightly rates and occupancy trends using company-provided software.
  • Ensure all relevant deal details are accurately recorded.
Daily Reporting:
  • Submit an updated spreadsheet summarizing daily progress at the end of each workday.
Additional Requirements:
  • Focus on specific geographic areas as assigned.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively present the rent-to-serviced accommodation model to landlords and agents.
