Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to manage the full sales cycle for high-quality camera equipment, working with a curated list of 5,000 pre-qualified prospects. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to connect with potential clients, showcase our cutting-edge products, and close deals that benefit both our customers and our business. Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to a list of 5,000 highly qualified prospects, maximizing conversion opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure, ensuring a smooth customer journey
  • Utilize and refine provided sales scripts to effectively engage potential clients and showcase our product benefits
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to develop and implement innovative sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and outcomes in the company’s CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while continuously improving performance metrics
  • Provide valuable feedback on lead quality, market trends, and customer needs to inform product and strategy decisions
  • Engage in multi-channel sales approaches, including email marketing campaigns when appropriate
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of our camera equipment products to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent, capable of building rapport quickly over the phone
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and optimize the sales process
  • Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to work in the client’s Eastern Time zone
  • Passion for photography or technology, with a willingness to become an expert in our product line
  • Self-starter mentality with the drive to take ownership of sales targets and continuously improve performance
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new strategies and collaborate effectively with the business owner
