Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure, ensuring a smooth customer journey
Utilize and refine provided sales scripts to effectively engage potential clients and showcase our product benefits
Collaborate closely with the business owner to develop and implement innovative sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and outcomes in the company’s CRM system
Achieve and exceed sales targets while continuously improving performance metrics
Provide valuable feedback on lead quality, market trends, and customer needs to inform product and strategy decisions
Engage in multi-channel sales approaches, including email marketing campaigns when appropriate
Continuously expand your knowledge of our camera equipment products to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
3-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent, capable of building rapport quickly over the phone
Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a remote work environment
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and optimize the sales process
Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm
Flexibility to work in the client’s Eastern Time zone
Passion for photography or technology, with a willingness to become an expert in our product line
