Responsibilities:
Knowledge of the Australian Tax System
Assistance with Payroll.
Preparation of Business Activity Statements
Preparation of Financial Statements
Preparation of Tax Returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Trust and Companies.
Experience with working in public practice in Australia would be highly regarded.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or the like is preferred.
With at least 1 year experience in bookkeeping, preferably in an Australian setup.
High attention to detail
Must be proficient in Xero and MYOB
A general understanding of the Australian Tax system will be well regarded
Good time management and communication skills
