Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Ad Video Editor to join our creative team. This part-time role offers flexible hours (approximately 20 hours per week) and is ideal for a skilled video editing specialist with experience in crafting compelling video advertisements that drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise in video editing software, and a clear understanding of digital marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and performance-driven video advertisements that align with marketing objectives.

  • Develop compelling narratives, ensuring strong pacing and visual impact.

  • Edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

  • Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and other visual effects to enhance ad performance.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align video content with brand guidelines.

  • Utilize tools like Figma and Canva to design visually appealing ad assets.

  • Design and implement graphics for ads, including branding elements like logos and web assets.

  • Analyze ad performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in creating video advertisements that achieve marketing goals.

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

  • Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.

  • Experience with Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite for graphic design and branding.

  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.

  • Familiarity with Shopify or web optimization strategies.

  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization tactics and strategies.
