Job description

Are you ready to make an impact and be part of something new? We are expanding our presence in Scandinavia, and this is your chance to join a growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our subsidiary.

Your main aim will be to find new business opportunities, increase market share and maintain existing business activities in the respective region.


You will be a part of the new sales team for the Scandinavian market. Your new office will be placed in Gothenburg, but we are happy to offer you the possibility to work remotely. Be ready to travel within Norway and other countries in Scandinavia regularly to visit both current and potential customers.


Your daily work will include the following:

  • Finding new potential customers pertaining to all ComAp product lines
  • Prepare tailored business solutions that meet client needs
  • Sales support of existing ComAp clients
  • Compiling offers and quotations for existing and potential ComAp customers
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining good professional long-term relationship and communication with existing and potential ComAp clients, customers, and partners
  • Regularly prepare and update budget plan for assigned countries/customers, as well assales forecasts and performance reports
  • Using the CRM system to record important customer information, visit reports opportunities etc.
  • Planning and representing ComAp at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
  • Conduct market research (in cooperation with the marketing department) to understand customer focus, competitors activities and market trends


What we expect from you:

  • At least 3 years of similar experiences in sales - B2B business
  • Knowledge of Marin segment is a big advantage
  • Secondary school (or university degree), in the electro-technical field is an advantage
  • Confidence in building strong relationships with customers, with a primary focus on the Marin and Power generation segments
  • Strategic thinking, proactivity and ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
  • Native speaker of Norwegian or Swedish
  • Fluency in English
  • Driving license (group B), willingness to travel
