Key responsabilities:

Support internal IT projects, especially the management of the ongoing S/4Hana project and other digital solutions.

Contribute to the documentation of project progress and create status reports, checklists, and manuals.

Conduct research and analysis, and prepare the results effectively.

Organize coordination meetings and workshops related to SAP.

Job description

Bring dich persönlich ein & werde Teil der Trolli Familie:

Du unterstützt bei internen IT-Projekten, insbesondere beim Projektmanagement des laufenden S/4Hana-Projekts und weiteren digitalen Lösungen

Dabei zählt die Mitgestaltung und Dokumentation von Projektfortschritten, die Erstellung von Statusberichten, Checklisten und Handbüchern zu deinen Aufgaben

Die Durchführung von Recherchen und Analysen, sowie die Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse ist für dich kein Problem

Du übernimmst die organisatorische Planung von Abstimmungsterminen und Workshops rund um das Thema SAP

Wir suchen Dich!

Du absolvierst derzeit ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (mind. 3. Semester) und bist auf der Suche nach einer Anstellung als Werkstudent (max. 20h/Woche)

Du konntest bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sammeln und hast Interesse an IT / SAP Projekten

Deine hohe IT-Affinität sowie dein Organisationstalent zeichnen Dich aus
