Support the sales department with order and offer management, shipping, and customs processing.

Collaborate with key account management on market observations and customer meeting preparations.

Assist the Sales Director in creating impactful presentations for clients and management.

Identify relevant market metrics and prepare reports.

Job description

Bring dich persönlich ein & werde Teil der Trolli Familie:

Als Werkstudent unterstützt du unseren Vertriebsinnendienst beim Auftrags- und Angebotsmanagement, der Versand- und Zollabwicklung und der Stammdatenpflege in SAP

Zusätzlich arbeitest du mit dem Key Account Management zusammen, die in engem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden, Distributeuren und Produktionsstätten stehen, hier übernimmst du Marktbeobachtungen und -analysen sowie die Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen

Darüber hinaus wirst du den Sales Director bei der Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Präsentationen z. B. für Kunden oder das Management unterstützen und erhältst somit spannende Einblicke auch in strategische Themen

Die Identifizierung von marktrelevanten Kennzahlen und die Erstellung von Reportings sind für dich kein Problem

Wir suchen Dich!

Du absolvierst derzeit ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und bist auf der Suche nach einer Anstellung als Werkstudent (max. 20h/Woche)

Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung im Sales als Werkstudent oder Praktikant in der FMCGBranche sammeln

Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und Teamplayer, der mit seiner selbstständigen Arbeitsweise überzeugt – dabei stellt Englisch für dich keine Hürde dar

Du überzeugst mit deiner IT-Affinität und bist fit im Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP

Du bist zielstrebig, engagiert sowie verantwortungsbewusst und schätzt die erfolgreiche Arbeit in einer dynamischen und wettbewerbsintensiven Branche; dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
